It's been said that summer is "orange barrel season" in Cleveland, and judging from the noise outside my window, it should also be called the "relentless drilling season." How about if we make winter a season for building a roof over Jacobs Field and spring for building a roof over Cleveland Browns Stadium?

The re-naming rights to Jacobs Field are available, but there have been no takers. Or the Cleveland Clinic Open MRI Retractable Roof?
