Reason #352 - Setting a Bad Example

We're setting a bad example for other cities. Here's proof - the Twins are building a new open-air ballpark to open in 2010. They had 9 inches of snow on opening day 2008.

Reason #351 - First Homestand

The Indians completed their first homestand without having to play through any snow or sleet. That's normally good news. Unfortunately, it says a lot when most people are pleasantly surprised by our dry weather with temperatures in the 40s.

Reason #350 - Wind Chill

The wind chill for tonight's Indians game was in the 20s. And, in Cleveland in April, that's good weather compared to the rain, snow or sleet that we often see.

Reason #349 - Opening Day 2008

It was cloudy in the upper 50s for today's opening day? So what's wrong with that? Nothing this year. The problem is that this is nicest weather we have had for opening day in several years. Low 40s forecasted for Wednesday night, with rain to follow the rest of the week.
