Reason #171 - Inexperienced Quarterbacks

As The Plain Dealer has reported, "the Browns head into Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals with no quarterback who has ever started and won a game for them." Putting a roof on Browns Stadium doesn't seem so crazy now, does it?
