Reason #185 - Fresh Air

Seattle's Safeco Field could be an interesting model. Even when the roof is closed, the ballpark is not fully enclosed. You still feel like you're outside, just more comfortable on cool, wet days. Would that compromise satisfy the dome detractors in Cleveland?
