Reason #197 - Practice Facilities

The ALCS-bound Indians had to practice in the wet, windy, cool weather today. Maybe roofs on stadiums are too expensive for this town, but what about a roof-ed practice field? Perhaps the old golf dome in Independence is available. Not such a crazy idea, given that even the Browns have an indoor practice facility.
