Reason #204 - 12 Inches of Rain
The Plain Dealer and Fox have reported that the high-tech drainage system at Jacobs Field can handle as much as 12 inches of rain an hour - Noah's Ark kind of weather! Why do we need to design for such extremes? Because it's Cleveland. And because we haven't made the most practical long-term investment - a retractable roof on the ballpark.
