Reason #229 - College Bowl Games

College football has so many bowl games that .500 teams can get berths. But we need one more bowl game, the Rock 'n' Roll Bowl, hosted under a new dome in Cleveland. It would create a winter carnival atmosphere, and it would be a financial and PR success. Detroit's Motor City Bowl wouldn't have a chance.
